The diffusive light weight construction inner damping wall element (5) comprises an air duct (6), which has a floor connecting unit (14) in a floor (2) or ceiling (3). Multiple air ducts form a ventilation and heat damping duct system. The damping wall elements form an air tight boundary at the building inner chambers (20) before damping walls with all storage, abutting and boundary surfaces at ceilings, floors, walls and all horizontal and vertical duct connecting units (7,8,9,26). An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a ventilation and heat damping duct system.
