Said method further comprises defining (20) within said first memory (MM1) several memory areas configured to store several memory page sets having different characteristics and respectively including at least one memory page and page replacement managing (22) comprises selecting (220) a specific page replacement algorithm for each memory area depending at least on characteristics of said memory page set associated with said memory area and using (221) said selected page replacement algorithm for performing said paging out and page replacing in the corresponding memory area.
