摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aberration correction mirror which is small-sized, power-saving, operable at low voltage, inexpensive, and has excellent accuracy, in particular a practical mirror for correcting spherical aberration for an optical pickup. <P>SOLUTION: The aberration correction mirror is constituted of a substrate 16, a piezo-electric body 3, a pair of electrode films holding the piezo-electric body 3 between them, an elastic body 4 and an optical reflecting film 29. The substrate 16 has a cavity part 33 approximately symmetrical to the optical axis. Each of the pair of electrode films is divided into at least two electrodes of 1st electrodes 5, 8 and 2nd electrodes 6, 9, respectively. The 1st electrodes 5, 8 are approximately symmetrical to the optical axis. The 2nd electrodes 6, 9 are located to surround the 1st electrodes.
