The evaluation process involves determining a perspective representation of a vascular system by a computer (1) and displaying by a display unit (13) to a user (7). The perspective representation has a focal point lying inside the vascular system and is positioned on the inner wall of the vascular system. The computer accepts information (A,A') through an additional structure from the user. The additional structure is not a component of the vascular system.
