The device (10) has a connecting part arranged between a pivot (16) of an actuating lever (14) and a device body (12) to move the lever between an inactive position and an active position. A double lock secures the pivot in a pair of recesses when the lever in the active position or allows the pivot to escape from the recesses, when the lever is moved to the inactive position. The double lock has a pair of locks to secure two opposite ends of the pivot in the recesses, where one of the locks is associated with an unlocking tab to unlock the other lock.
