摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of chemical components or physical properties, at a proximity of a distance of several mm or shorter from the surface by using a relatively normal light source, a normal light-receiving element, and a simple condensing means. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises a near-infrared light source, a light-receiving means for receiving near-infrared light and converting it into a signal, a projecting section for projecting the near-infrared light emitted from the near-infrared light source to a biological surface tissue, a detecting section for detecting the near-infrared light, having permeated the biological surface tissue or been diffused and reflected by it, a light-transmitting means for guiding the near-infrared light emitted from the near-infrared light source to the projecting section, a light-transmitting means for guiding the near-infrared light, having permeated the biological surface tissue or been diffused and reflected by it from the detecting section to the light-receiving means, and an arithmetic means for calculating the signal acquired from the light-receiving means. The interval between the projecting section and detecting section is set at between 0.1 mm and 2 mm, a light-shielding section is disposed in between, the detecting section is arranged on the circumference about the projecting section as the center, or the projecting section is arranged at the circumference about the detecting section as the center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
