<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely obtain predetermined rotating performance of a pedal by surely guiding a pedal bracket 5 which is retreated in case of vehicle collision by a guide surface 65. <P>SOLUTION: This structure comprises the pedal bracket 5 supporting a support shaft 42 of the operation pedal 4, and a guide member 6 having a front end which acts as a support part 64 supporting a rear end of the pedal bracket 5 so as to be separable in case of vehicle collision and the guide surface 65 guiding the pedal bracket 5 which is moved backward in case of vehicle collision to the lower side.
