<p>The invention relates to a method for purifying biogas from a biogas installation, and a gas purification system, by which means hydrogen sulphide (H2S) and ammonia (NH3) are at least partially removed from the unpurified biogas. According to the invention, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is supplied to the biogas during a hydrogen sulphide purification step (K02), and the sulphuric acid (H2SO4) formed during the hydrogen sulphide purification step (K02) by the reaction of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and hydrogen sulphide (H2S) is added in an ammonia purification step (K01) during which ammonium sulfate is formed by the reaction of ammonia (NH3) with sulphuric acid (H2SO4).</p> |
