<p>The invention relates to an installation and method for producing precast concrete parts during which liquid concrete is delivered from a stationary supply tank or mixing tank to a mold (12) into which the concrete is poured. The installation comprises a delivery unit (20), which can travel on a provided running path (18) and which carries a traveling concrete mixer (22), a concrete pump (26) and a delivery line (28) that discharges into the mold (12). The delivery line is guided via a concrete distributing boom (30) and discharges into a downpipe (32), which is mounted on the boom tip and can be introduced into the mold (12). The liquid concrete can be introduced under the surface of the actual level of liquid concrete inside the mold via the downpipe. In addition, the downpipe (32) can be automatically raised as the level of liquid concrete inside the mold (12) rises.</p> |
