<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content transmitter, program and a content receiver, and program for preventing unauthorized copying of the content. <P>SOLUTION: The content transmitter 1A transmits, after receiving the content, use condition information including copy control information for controlling the number of times of copying the content on the receiving side as well as the content, and is provided with: a scramble part 5 which encrypts the content by a first encryption key to obtain the encrypted content; a hash function operation part 11 which calculates the use condition information including the copy control information by a hash function to process the use condition information to obtain a hash value; an ECM generation part 7 which encrypts related information including the first encryption key and the hash value by a second encryption key to obtain first encryption key related information; and a multiplexing part 13 which multiplexes the use condition information considered as a data carousel to the multiple encryption content obtained by multiplexing the first encryption key related information to the encryption content and transmits the information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
