<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing images in approximately real time which can provide users with the actual circumstances of distant places by images in real time. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises: an image acquiring means of acquiring images of a number of places in approximately real time; an image capturing means of capturing the images in approximately real time by radio or cable (to capture images by methods such as transmitting over a network and browsing by accessing with browsing software for the Internet); and a display means of outputting the images (dynamic images or still images) captured by the image capturing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
