摘要
避免在超音波放大器之共振时,凸缘部之压缩应力所造成之微小膨胀变形的影响扩及至固定部分,且能确保凸缘支撑强度,防止超音波放大器朝上下方向的振动。该超音波放大器具备:狭缝,位于超音波放大器之长边方向中心轴上,且以凸缘的中心为基准朝前后延伸,其长度大于超音波放大器之凸缘部之宽度尺寸;及截面形状变更部,其至少一部分位于狭缝部之超音波放大器外面;凸缘部之该超音波放大器截面之应力中心点,位于较狭缝前端部与后端部之该超音波放大器截面之应力中心点的连结直线为内侧。
