A front wall (4) includes a passage for inserting the nozzle, and the interchangeable silicone tube is arranged above the internal piston that is axially driven by a threaded rod (10) that is fixed in a rear wall (5). An end of the threaded rod is fixed in a holder (2), and a coupling part (12) is arranged outside the cylindrical container.
