PURPOSE: A method and a device for initializing protecting device in a wireless microphone beacon system are provided to simplify PD design in a point of timer. CONSTITUTION: A PD(Protection Device) is powered on(501). A PD monitors monitored target channel during 2+0.01m second(502). If a random PPD is existing in surrounding, the PD operates as SPD(Secondary beacon transmission device)(503,504). The PD enable a timer(504). If expiring time is close about the timer, initializing process is completed(506,509). If the random PPD does not exists in current channel, the PD operates as a PPD(Primary beacon transmission device). If expiring time is close about the timer, initializing process is completed(507,510).
