The system has modular components and an entire column-rotor (F) whose stability and carrier sought lateral wind pressure are ensured by a blade (H). A set of circular metal frames is attached to a reinforced construction. An aero motor consists of a metal frame and a vertical column. A mounting column is fixed to a site by a fitment of the modular components. The modular components are assembled and stacked tightly together with a fitment of modular component radial blades. The radial blades are located opposite to wind flow.
