PURPOSE: A film pollution index measurement apparatus is provided to predict a film pollution phenomenon by various reasons for supplying a guide line for a pre-treatment process at a reverse osmosis or a nano filtration process. CONSTITUTION: A film pollution index measurement apparatus(100) comprises the following: plural various filtration film holder(120) including various kinds of filtering films(121) to pass original water through each filtration film; a manometer(130) measuring the pressure of the original water; a flow meter(140) measuring the flow rate of the raw water discharged from the filtration film holder; and a computer(160) computing a film pollution index using an interpretative program.
