PURPOSE: A wound retractor which is used for a single path laparoscopic operation through a navel is provided to prevent units for the laparoscopic operation from crashing by reducing the volume of trocar. CONSTITUTION: A tube shape structure with a path(11) through which air and water fills is combined to a basic structure of a wound retractor. Air or water fills the tube shape structure in order to secure a path for an operation. The wound retractor is easily removed from a wound by removing air or water from the tube shape structure. Unit(19,20) for removing a smoke is formed in the wound retractor.
