PURPOSE: An X-ray imaging device and a synchronization method for acquiring the image of the same are provided to synchronize a time for acquiring an X-ray image to X-ray source without a synchronization cable. CONSTITUTION: X-ray source(100) radiates X-ray to an object(20). An X-ray image sensor(200) receives the X-ray which is transmitted through the object and acquires the X-ray image of the object. The X-ray image sensor includes a detection unit, an image acquisition unit and a synchronization unit(223). The detection unit detects the X-ray. The image acquisition unit reads the detected X-ray. The synchronization unit synchronizes a time for reading the detected X-ray.
