PURPOSE: An electrolytic cell including a multi-phase electrode is provided to secure the effect of removing the dissociative reaction of water inside a diaphragm by increasing the surface area. CONSTITUTION: An electrolytic cell including a multi-phase electrode performs an electrolysis by cathode electrodes(C1,C2,C3,C4) and anode electrodes(A1,A2,A3,A4). The cathode electrodes and the anode electrodes are formed to the multi-phase electrode to evenly flow the current without being influenced by the water pressure. A cathode exchange film and an anion exchange film are formed in between the cathode electrodes and the anode electrodes. |
