PURPOSE: A boiled rice molding apparatus is provided to prevent falling and changing of boiled rice mold and to fall the boiled rice mold in a same form. CONSTITUTION: A boiled rice molding apparatus comprises: a molding part(400) which pressurizes boiled rice supplied from a hopper(200) and molds the boiled rice mold in a certain form; a boiled rice molding device(100) which pressurizes boiled rice in a concave shaped surface(420) and releases boiled rice mold from the lower side of the molding roller; a notch part having a pair of support panel which is placed at both ends of the molding roller; a guide part which guides the boiled rice mold from upper portion to lower portion; a return part(500) having a pair of support arm(510) and arm opening/closing means; and a storage part(600) which temporarily accumulates the returned rice. |
