PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of a polymer particle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure a core-shell or a core-double shell structure of the polymer particle with high cross linkage rate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a polymer particle comprises the following: a raw material mixing units(1,1`) connected with a raw material supplier; a tubular reactor(3) connected with a mixing device to perform the polymerization of a mixed material supplied from the mixing device; a second tubular reactor connected with the tubular reactor; and the raw material supplier. The raw material mixing units are a micro-channel mixer.
