PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a permeable makeup mask is provided to prevent evaporation of liquid phase cosmetic ingredient. CONSTITUTION: A permeable makeup mask containing skin nutrition comprises a non-woven fabric. A method for manufacturing the permeable makeup mask comprises: a step of immersing half and passing sterilized and deodorized non-woven fabric on the surface of supper surface to apply; and a step of drying.
