#CMT# #/CMT# The protection device has a sack or tube-shaped part formed from a plastic film. End parts (2) are inflated to exhibit watertightness property. Each end part is formed by cutting two films. The two films are deep-drawn in a deep-drawing form. A circular or oval-shaped inner weld seam is attached to the films. A non-deformed part of one of the films within the weld seam is cut out. The film is turned, so that the weld seam runs within a torus of the end part.
