SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGEMENT OF CHARGING/USING CARD BY USING CUSTOMER CARD AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PURPOSE: A charge/use card operation method and a system using a client card for replacing a blank using card as a client card issuing to a client and a recording medium therefore are provided to process payment transaction/ financial transaction by using a customer card registered as a use card. CONSTITUTION: An information storage unit is connected to the blank use card information and the charge card information corresponding to the charge card. The information is stored in a storage medium(760). The information storage unit inactivates the charge function of the charge card and use function of the use card. A charging/using card charge unit activates the charge function of the charge card and use function of the use card. A customer card confirming unit(745) confirms the customer card information of the client buying charge/use cards.
