PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for training and managing brain condition are provided to allow a user to train a brain by checking the state of the brain and extracting a proper program. CONSTITUTION: A brain status check part(115) distinguish the head state of user. The brain training part(120) trains the brain of user. A brain wave oscillation sound generating unit(110) generates the brain wave oscillation sound. The brain wave oscillation sound comprises at least one of an alpha wave, a theta wave, and a delta wave. The brain training part supplies a program by using the brain wave oscillation sound generating unit. |
