PURPOSE: A method for making Plantago asiatica pickle by mixing with seasoning is provided to enjoy healthy and delicious side dish. CONSTITUTION: A method for making Plantago asiatica pickle comprises: a step of boiling Plantago asiatica in boiled water and drying; a step of soaking the dried Plantago asiatica in water; a step of mixing 4-6 weight parts of red pepper powder, 10-30 weight parts of red pepper paste, 40-60 weight parts of soy sauce, 5-15 weight parts of sugar, and 150-200 weight parts of starch syrup in 100 weight parts of water to prepare seasoning; and a step of adding 70-80 weight parts of Plantago asiatica pickle in 100 weight parts of seasoning and boiling. |
