PURPOSE: A finishing chisel having an inclined plane is provided to discharge welding burrs to the outside through an inclined plane although a window frame is inclined in any shape. CONSTITUTION: A finishing chisel having an inclined plane(122) removes the welding burrs of window frames which are welded to each other. The bottom of the end of the finishing chisel is inclined so that the welding burr is easily removed although the window frames are obliquely welded.
