PURPOSE: An auto light-output power control device of a luminescent element module and a method for controlling the same are provided to improve the compatibility of the luminescent element using a plurality of light sensors on the outside of the luminescent element. CONSTITUTION: Luminescent element modules(251 to 253) include a plurality of luminescent elements which output light of corresponding wavelength. Light sensors(260) are located on the outside of the luminescent element module and output current which corresponds to the output power of the light An auto light-output control circuit(240) detects output voltage which corresponds to the current flowing through the light sensors and compares the output voltage to a reference voltage in order to control the light-output power.
