PURPOSE: A broadcasting receiver and a broadcasting guide method thereof are provided to select easily a desired broadcasting program of a user by offering an EPG(Electronic Program Guide) which the user can select subdivided standards and then providing a reconfigured EPG through the selected standards. CONSTITUTION: An image output unit(160) outputs a program information table arranged according to a plurality of standards. An interface unit(180) select at least one between a row and a column in the program information table. A controller(190) subdivides the standards corresponding to a selected part through the interface unit. The controller controls in order that the program information table is outputted according to the subdivided standards.
