PURPOSE: A charge/use card accounting method through a virtual account and a system for charging the charged amount without the limit of the time/region through the charge card and a recording medium therefore are provided to use the charged amount by supplying the payment clearance/financial transaction using the charged amount. CONSTITUTION: A charging/using card charge request message is received(600). The charge card information is matched with the card information(610). The card information is matched with the charge card information, virtual accounts open up(630). The charge function of the identified charge card information and the use function of the use card which is in associated with the charge card are activated. The charged amount is deposited on the virtual accounts opening up.
