PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of high mineral water using deep sea water is provided to use the high mineral water capable of maintaining the mineral balance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of high mineral water using deep sea water comprises the following steps: obtaining first condensed water and first filtered water by passing the deep sea water through a first osmosis film; obtaining calcium salt(20) evaporating and concentrating the first condensed water; separating the first condensed water into salt and brine; obtaining second filtered water by passing the first filtered water through a second osmosis film; obtaining a first mineral solution(29) including calcium by substituting chlorine ion from the calcium salt; obtaining a second mineral solution including magnesium by electrolyzing the brine and substituting chlorine ion; and mixing the first and second mineral solutions with the second filtered water.
