PURPOSE: A charge/use card recharging method and a system thereof using a wireless terminal and recording medium therefore for processing a payment clearance/financial transaction using a use card are provided to charge the predetermined amount of money by registering the wireless terminal to the charge card. CONSTITUTION: An information storage unit is connected to the use card information and one-time-use charge card information. The information is stored in a storage medium(675). The information storage unit activates the charge function of the charge card and use function of the use card. A charging/using card charge unit activates the charge function of the charge card and use function of the use card. A charging card registering unit(665) registers the client wireless terminal as a re-charging card.
