PURPOSE: An improved composite expansion joint device is provided to facilitate repair and maintenance, and semi-permanently extend the service life of a bridge joint. CONSTITUTION: An improved composite expansion joint device is constituted as follows. An existing rail joint is replaced by a finger-shaped joint(A). An existing bolt type is replaced by the welding type. An impurity and water leak preventive rubber gutter is constructed by non-ferrous metal. |
