PURPOSE: A system and a method for processing coupons using a video call are provided to generate a video call and use a coupon to add or subtract value to or from a transaction, thereby smoothly performing a transaction with coupons having different values. CONSTITUTION: If a mode is converted to a coupon transaction mode during a video call between a plurality of terminals, a coupon transaction server(130) transmits coupon information to at least one terminal after receiving coupon information from a different terminal. If a request of a transaction conclusion is received from the terminals, the coupon transaction server requests the reissue of coupons to a coupon issuing server(140). The coupon issuing server receives and verifies the coupon information. The coupon server reissues the coupons.
