PURPOSE: A PET bottle cap opener is provided to enable a user to easily open and close a cap of a PET bottle using the small amount of power even if a power source, such as an electric motor, is not used. CONSTITUTION: A PET bottle cap opener(10) comprises links(14), handles(12), and holders(15). The links are symmetrical. One end of the links is connected to the handles, and the other end is connected to the holders. The handles are connected to the links and pins(13). The links, the handles, and the holders are integrally formed.
