PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Prunella vulgaris and Artemisia abrotanum extract for anti-wrinkle is provided to promote elastine biosynthesis and triglyceride synthesis and to suppress elastase activation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkle contains 0.005-20 weight% of Prunella vulgaris and Artemisia abrotanum extract. The Prunella vulgaris extract promotes elastine synthesis and suppresses elastase activation. The Artemisia abrotanum extract promotes adipocyte differentiation and triglyceride synthesis. The composition is used in the form of skin softener, skin toner, astringent, lotion, milk lotion, moisture lotion, massage cream, hand cream, essence, pack, shampoo, cleansing foam, cleansing lotion, body lotion, loose powder, or eye-shadow.
