PURPOSE: A soundproof panel is provided to improve the effect of sound absorption and enable people to have a maximum wide field of view thereinside and thereoutside. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof panel comprises an insertion portion(21), first and second inclines(22,23), a sound absorbing portion(3), and a transparent portion. Two insertion portions are formed to be inserted into one side of an H-beam. The first and the second incline integrate the both insertion portions. The first and second inclines are formed on the both sides of the most projected part of a horizontal cross section. The sound absorbing portion has a soundproof panel structure for sound absorption formed on the first or the second incline side. A transparent soundproof panel(41) is formed on the transparent portion.
