摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion circuit in which high frequency component of an output current is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The power conversion circuit 100, a three-level inverter of a neutral point clamp system, uses a normally-on-type switch element as a switching element Q of a three-phase switching section S<SB>3ph</SB>, uses a pair of impedance source circuits (impedance sections) for forming difference in potential between a DC positive pole P and negative pole N, and uses a neutral point of a DC power supply section as a neutral point O. A normally-on-type GaN-HEMT is assumed as the switch element. When charging batteries V<SB>0p</SB>and V<SB>0n</SB>are charged with regenerative current from an outside load connected to three-phase AC terminals A, B and C, e.g. a three-phase induction motor, the switch elements Q<SB>0p</SB>and Q<SB>0n</SB>are turned on. Other than this, when effective power is outputted to the outside load or when current in a charging direction is permitted to the charging batteries V<SB>0p</SB>and V<SB>0n</SB>, the switch elements Q<SB>0p</SB>and Q<SB>0n</SB>are turned on. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
