<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punched spring type contact with abrasion of a contact object made little and conduction resistance made small and moreover capable of improving elastic deformation performance with an appropriate elastic modulus. <P>SOLUTION: The punched spring type contact is provided integrally with spring parts 11a, 11b punched out of a wholly flat conductive metal sheet material and having a meandering curved shape along the flat surface of the metal sheet material and a contact part 12 at their top end to be biased toward a contact object side by elasticity of the spring parts 11a, 11b at. The contact part 12 is formed in an U-shape with one face of the metal sheet material to an outer side and the other face to an inner side to make the outer side face a contact point, and a pair of the spring parts 11a, 11b of the meandering curved shape each in parallel are arranged integrally with both U-shaped end parts of the contact part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
