<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape roll which does not cause the collapse of winding on winding, storage and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive tape roll includes a bobbin (core) and a double-sided adhesive tape helically wound around the bobbin. The adhesive tape includes a double-sided adhesive body including an adhesive layer containing bubbles and/or hollow microspheres and, arranged on both sides of the adhesive body, a release liner A wider than the adhesive body and an olefinic release liner B. In portions occupying 70% or more of the total length of the adhesive tape, a crosswise extending-off portion of the release liner A of an nth-turn portion of the adhesive tape vertically overlaps the adhesive body of an adjacent (n+1)th-turn portion of the adhesive tape to form an overlapping portion.
