摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a code symbol (detection symbol) to be used for detection of articles, etc., capable of being easily produced, and especially, capable of easily marking even by a general user, for example, by handwriting, etc.

SOLUTION: An included type code symbol is provided with a symbol area displaying layer at its outermost periphery. A plurality of symbol area displaying layers may exist, and two layers may exist except for the outermost periphery. In inside of the symbol area displaying layer, data-cell groups are disposed. That is, the symbol area displaying layer includes a data-cell. Data of the included type code symbols is represented from an included relationship of the data-cell and a color of the data-cell. These included type code symbol can be easily produced using existing marks etc. by the user, and an automatic recognition code symbol can be easily added to various articles.
