PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll finishing machine for business use which is capable of swiftly discharging drain within a heating cylinder; and a drain discharging method for the heating cylinder. SOLUTION: A projection 140 is disposed within a body 101. With this structure, the drain retaining on the bottom of the heating cylinder 100 can be gathered to a side of a mirror plate 103 where a drain siphon tube 150 is disposed by stirring the drain with the projection 140 when the heating cylinder 100 is rotated. In this way, discharge of the drain within the heating cylinder 100 is facilitated, and decline of the temperature on the surface of the heating cylinder 100 can be controlled.
