PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of abrasive cloth which can ensure a storage place for abrasive cloth to be newly exchanged and makes it possible to easily exchange the abrasive cloth by one operator. SOLUTION: The attaching structure of the abrasive cloth includes a holder 110 which vertically holds the roll abrasive cloth 80a so as to be rotatable to attach the abrasive cloth to the side end of an abrasive path 60, a guide 120 connected to the holder 110 to extend the intermediate part of the abrasive cloth 80 pulled out to a side from the roll abrasive cloth 80a along a rear surface of the abrasive path 60 under a bent state and pull out the intermediate part upward, and a pair of clamps 130 and 130 provided respectively in upper and lower positions of the rear surface side of the abrasive path 60 to fix the intermediate part of the abrasive cloth 80 pulled out from the guide 120 in the upper part, and encircle the upper end side of the abrasive path 60 by the abrasive cloth and extend the abrasive cloth over an entire length of an abrasive surface and then encircle again a lower end side to the rear surface side of the abrasive path 60 by the abrasive cloth and fix the end part of the abrasive cloth 80 in the lower part.
