PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize for a cabinet in a narrow space or a neighboring apparatus, and for an apparatus to be housed in a place having a scarce gap adjacent to a sidewall or the like of a housing case. SOLUTION: The minimum value of a protruding dimension L of a protrusion part 15a is formed to be nearly equal to a length L3 of a fixing ring 3. Moreover, the maximum value of the protruding dimension L of the protrusion part 15a is formed to be nearly equal to a length added of a reference length L1 formed to be nearly equal to the length L3 of the fixing ring 3 and upheaval part length L2. The protruding dimension L of the protrusion part 15a is formed to be nearly equal to the maximum value or to have a length within the prescribed range, and on condition that the fixing ring 3 is arranged and installed along an insertion fixing part 12, as for the protrusion part 15a, the tip part 18 of the body insertion part 15 is formed to have either a length to occupy nearly the same position as the opening end of the tip side of the fixing ring 3, or a length within the range of the length in which only the length L2 of the upheaval part 14 is protruded from the opening end of the tip side of the fixing ring 3.
