PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating machine in which iron loss caused by compressive stress generated in a stator core is effectively reduced by fitting a stator core in a stator enclosure and the drop of efficiency is reduced without marring its cooling performance and idling preventive function. SOLUTION: It is provided with a cut 12, which parallels its circumferential direction, on the inner circumferential face of the stator enclosure 11 where the stator core 10 is fixed, and an air-gap 20 between the cut 12 and the stator core 10 is filled with a high heat conductive member 21. Moreover, a fixing pin 30 for piercing the enclosure 11 for the stator and the stator core 10 is installed to prevent the dropout of the stator core 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
