<p>A backpack with an adjustable inflatable air cushion (4) and an air pressure shock-absorbing system (5) comprises a bag body (1) and a shoulder strap back cushion (2). A back plate (3) is installed on the back face of the bag body (1), and the adjustable inflatable air cushion (4) is arranged on the shoulder strap back cushion (2). The air pressure shock-absorbing system (5) is equipped on the back face of the shoulder strap back cushion (2), and the air pressure shock-absorbing system (5) movably connects with the back plate (3). The air pressure shock-absorbing system (5) comprises a supporting frame (6) and a movable cylinder (7) provided on the supporting frame (6). The cylinder (7) includes a cylinder body (71) with a guiding groove, an upper cover (72) of the cylinder, and an air bag column (73) provided in the cylinder body (71), and the air bag column (73) is sleeved by a spring (74).
