The element (1) has inner and outer radially mounting regions at engine and gearbox sides, respectively. An axially flexible and torsion-resistant intermediate region is formed by recesses (2, 3) formed in enclosing bars (4, 5). The bars have system lines (4', 5') running in opposite directions in a curved and spiral manner. Inner and outer mounting holes (6, 7) are arranged in the mounting regions on inner and outer pitch circle diameters (Di, Da), respectively. A center of the outer mounting holes is arranged on the system lines, where the clutch element has constant material thickness.
