PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made mold and an assembling method for the resin-made mold capable of tightening the resin-made mold sufficiently, eliminating a clearance formed in a joint of a pair of adjacent resin-made molds to prevent sludge from being leaked without fail, prolonging its service life, and enabling its repetitive use securely. SOLUTION: The resin-made mold B is formed by forming protruding parts 10 extended from a surface 1b of a sheathing board 1 toward the other end 2b side in the direction of the extension of an outer peripheral plate 2 and extended along the outer periphery of the sheathing board 1 at one end 2a side of the outer peripheral plate 2. When assembling the resin-made mold B, the pair of adjacent resin-made molds B1, B2 are arranged to make outer surfaces 2c of the outer peripheral plate 2 oppose each other and connect other end 2b sides of the outer peripheral plate 2 to each other by holding them by a holding member 4. The resin-made mold B is pressed by a pressing member 5 from rear sides of the pair of resin-made molds B1, B2 and tightened, and protruding faces 10a of mutually opposing protruding parts 10 are brought into pressure-contact with each other.
