PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine tool for allowing a worker to comfortably perform work, without transmitting heat of an engine to a handle part. SOLUTION: This engine tool is provided with the engine, a housing 16 for storing the engine and a top cover 2 for covering an upper part of the housing 16, and is provided with an air cleaner room on the rear end side of the housing 16, and is constituted so that external air introduced into the air cleaner room or the engine storing housing flows between the housing 16 and the top cover 2. The handle part 3 gripped by the worker is arranged above the housing 16, and is constituted so that air flowing between the housing 16 and the top cover 2 exists under a gripping part of the handle part 3.
