PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for hermetically plugging a tube branch part capable of simply plugging a plug member in a lock state and prevented from being spontaneously unlocked from the lock state when the tube branch part provided on a side surface of a fluid tube is hermetically plugged, a fluid tube capable of being used in the method and a tube branch part hermetically plugging device. SOLUTION: The method for hermetically plugging a tube branch part comprises the inserting process of inserting the plug member 2 including a protuberance 21a around the outer periphery into the tube branch part 1a to make the protuberance 21a pass through an omission part 12 of an engagement wall 11 and the lock process of rotating the plug member 2 to positionally align the protuberance 21a and the engagement wall 11 in the circumferential direction to attain engagement in the axial direction to restrict the movement of the plug member 2 in the axial direction. In the insertion process, the protuberance 21a is inserted into a bayonet groove 14 to receive the protuberance 21a by a forward circumferential wall surface 15, and in the lock process, the plug member 2 is moved backward to receive the protuberance 21a by a rear circumferential wall 16, and the protuberance 21a is disposed between a pair of restraint wall surfaces 17, 18 spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction.
